Below are some frequently asked questions about purchasing math resources from Scaffolded Math Shop.

 

1: Where will my purchases be?

Immediately after checkout, files will be emailed to you. If you'd rather not keep track of the email, you can make an account to access your files anytime here. Please use the same email address you used to make your purchase.

 

2: Will printed copies be mailed?

All resource files are digital only, no hardcopies will be sent by mail.

 

3: How is this site different from TPT?

Files on both sites are the same. Scaffolded Math Shop offers another option for teachers, parents and school districts to make purchases. Your purchases are stored in your account on either site and include free updates.

 

4: Will files be updated like on TPT?

All resources come with free lifetime updates from your account, just like TPT. No repurchasing is necessary.

 

5: Is this website the same as the Scaffolded Math and Science blog?

Yes, Shana McKay from Scaffolded Math and Science owns both sites as well as the TPT store Scaffolded Math and Science. She started writing the scaffoldedmath.com blog in 2013. This site shopscaffoldedmath.com is an extension for downloadable math curriculum materials.

 

6: What is your refund policy?

Due to their digital nature, all purchases are final once files have been downloaded. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email Shana at shana@scaffoldedmath.com.

 

7: Do you offer discounts?

Yes, multi-license discounts are available upon email request. Any available discount codes for single or multi-license purchases cannot be combined.
