Ideas for implementation: Here are a few ideas for using math pennants in your classroom...

 

Idea 1: Student groups can be given a stack of sheets at their table and can be in charge of cutting and coloring their pennants after solving each problem.

 

Idea 2: Each student can be given a sheet of 2 pennants to solve, color and cut.

 

Idea 3: Students can cut and hang unfinished pennants in your classroom, then visit each pennant to complete each problem on their answer sheet. Then at the end, each student chooses a pennant to solve, color and re-hang in your classroom.
