Each card gives the times work started and ended in a day and the amount of money paid per hour. Students calculate elapsed time to find the total number of hours worked, if overtime hours were worked, the amount of overtime pay, and the total amount of money earned that day.

Half of the cards include overtime hours, the other half do not. This activity includes 10 task cards, each with 2-3 questions, a student answer sheet and answer key.
