"Welcome, Math Person!" Classroom Poster
Welcome your math students back to school with this inspirational math poster reminder that we are all math people. Hang the poster on your bulletin board or on your classroom door as a welcome to students as they enter your classroom on the first day of school.
You can choose to print the poster in bright rainbow colors, soft pastels or in black & white. All 3 choices are included. There are directions inside for enlarging the poster to multiple pages, or print the included 4-page black and white version to hang as-is or to hand color. The single-page posters could also be given to students for their notebooks as reminders that they are math people.

I used the tips on enlarging the poster and printed it in black and white on 4 sheets of paper at home. They lined up beautifully and I matted it on a bright poster board. It is hung on my door. I love being welcomed by this sign as I walk into the room. I work with kids with learning disabilities who don't love math, and I think the message is an important one: You are welcome here AND you can do math!!
My students love seeing this as they enter our classroom!
